Terms of Service
Effective 12 August 2026
The short version: your content is yours, the templates are drafts you must review, and we expect the service to be used honestly.
- 01
The service
Billora generates invoices and business documents from details you provide. It is offered by DappaSol Labs LLP, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. By creating an account or using the guest builder you agree to these terms.
- 02
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. One person, one account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use Billora for business.
- 03
Your content
Everything you create in Billora stays yours: clients, invoices, documents, templates, your logo and signature. You give us only the permission needed to store it, render it and hand it back to you.
- 04
Documents are drafts, not advice
Templates, including agreements, NDAs and letters, are starting points. They are not legal, tax or accounting advice, and generating a document does not create any professional relationship. Have a professional review anything that matters. Tax figures are computed from the rates and IDs you enter; you are responsible for their correctness on filed documents.
- 05
AI output
AI features draft and extract text. AI output can be wrong. Review every AI-assisted document before you send it, exactly as you would review a junior's draft.
- 06
Acceptable use
Do not use Billora to produce fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful documents, to impersonate another business, or to probe or disrupt the service. We can suspend accounts that do.
- 07
Availability and changes
Billora is young software provided as is, without warranties. We work to keep it up and to keep your data safe, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. Features may change; if a change removes something you rely on, export your data first, and tell us so we reconsider.
- 08
Liability
To the extent the law allows, DappaSol Labs LLP's total liability for any claim related to Billora is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- 09
Ending things
You can stop using Billora and ask for deletion at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We can close accounts that break these terms, with export of your data offered where lawful.
- 10
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand having jurisdiction. Contact: ishanranawork@gmail.com.
