BilloraPrivacy Policy

Privacy Policy

Effective 12 August 2026

The short version: your documents are yours. We store what you type so the app works, we protect it with per-account isolation, and we do not sell or mine it.

  • 01

    Who we are

Billora is operated by DappaSol Labs LLP, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. When this policy says we, it means DappaSol Labs LLP. Questions go to ishanranawork@gmail.com.

  • 02

    What we store

Your account email and password hash. Your business profile: name, address, tax IDs, bank details you choose to print on invoices, your logo, signature and stamp. The clients, people, invoices and documents you create. That is the whole list. We do not collect analytics profiles, advertising identifiers or your contacts.

  • 03

    Where it lives

Your data is stored in a Supabase-hosted Postgres database. Every row is protected by row-level security: your account can only ever read and write its own rows. We do not look at your documents.

  • 04

    AI features

When you use an AI feature, such as extracting details from pasted text or turning an uploaded document into a template, the text you provide is sent to Anthropic's API to be processed and the result is returned to you. It is used only to answer your request. We do not use your documents to train models.

  • 05

    What we never do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not send marketing on behalf of anyone else. Emails from us are limited to account matters and product updates you can opt out of.

  • 06

    Guest and demo data

The guest invoice builder and the sample-data demo run entirely in your browser's local storage. Nothing leaves your device until you create an account and choose to bring a draft with you.

  • 07

    Deleting your data

Email us from your account address and we will delete your account and every row that belongs to it within 30 days. Backups expire on their own schedule shortly after.

  • 08

    Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will note it here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
